HIGH FIVE®Organizations Access to Fee SubsidyUnder the amended Ontario Regulation 262, Day Nurseries Act, delivery agents may provide fee subsidies for children ages 6 to 12 who are enrolled in recreation programs or for special needs resourcing for children with special needs (ages 6 to 18) who are enrolled in recreation programs.The Act requires an organization meet 5 funding eligibility requirements in order to receive fee subsidies for children. One of the five requirements is quality assurance. HIGH FIVE® is an option for meeting the quality assurance requirement and government regulations require specific criteria be met by an organization.
