320 Implementation Planning Workshop

Are you a newly Registered Organization with HIGH FIVE®?
This session consist of two parts: an Information Session and the Implementation Planning Workshop. The information session is designed to provide an overview of HIGH FIVE® to a broad audience within the Registered Organization. The presentation focuses on why HIGH FIVE®  is important, who should be involved, the impact on the organization, principles, challenges and benefits. The Implementation Planning Session is a working session that involved the organization’s HIGH FIVE® team. The session will identify and plan the specific activities that are required to successfully integrate HIGH FIVE® into the organization.

Duration: Half Day (3-4 hours)
Target Audience: Newly Registered Organizations Staff  and the HIGH FIVE® Team
Resources: Participant Workbook including a sample implementation plan and helpful tips
