As a coach that has predominantly coached players at older development levels previously, it is quite easy to forget what motivates children to participate in sport and how best to specifically connect with them at their stage of development. This course and the materials provided, present you with valuable information on how to connect with children in the early stages of athlete development and remind all of us of what it was like, when we all collectively took part in sports at this age.
