210 Reviewing Best Practices (QUEST 1)

This 4-hour workshop will help Directors or Managers improve children’s programs by measuring the quality of the organization’s policies and procedures.

Managers will learn how to use the HIGH FIVE® scientifically validated Tool to adopt a child-centred approach to service delivery and operations.   If there are areas where no policy or procedure exists, Managers will learn how to develop them.  They will get access to the HIGH FIVE® database to track their organization’s progress as well as identify areas of need.

By making every child’s recreation and sport experience positive, organizations establish a reputation for quality and expertise that results in increased program participation, facility use and revenue.
