200 Using the HIGH FIVE® QUEST (QUEST 2) This one-day workshop will help your Supervisors improve the quality of your children’s programs by learning how to measure it with the HIGH FIVE® scientifically validated Tool.
Supervisors will get practical training on the use of QUEST 2 and will gain access to the HIGH FIVE® database. They will learn how to enter their data into the database to help them continually track their progress as well as identify areas of need.
Learner Outcomes
At the completion of this workshop, learners will be able to:
- Define HIGH FIVE® and apply the Principles of Healthy Child Development to their role as a supervisor
- Use QUEST 2 and 3 quality measurement tools for observing and evaluating children’s experiences in programs
- Acknowledge the crucial role of supervisors in setting the tone for healthy child development in an organization
Duration: Full day (8 hours). Successful participants will receive a certificate.
Target Audience: Any person who has responsibility for quality assurance and support of programs offered to children in middle childhood.
